1.1. Name. The name of the corporation is Brandon Meadows Homeowners Association (the "Association").

 

1.2. Principal Office. The principal office of the Association shall be located at 12815 Canyon Road East, Suite M, Puyallup, Washington, 98373. The Association may have such other offices, either within or outside Washington, as the Board of Directors may determine or as the Association's affairs may require.

 

1.3. Definitions. The words used in these By-Laws shall be given their normal, commonly understood definitions, Capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as set forth in that certain Recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Brandon Meadows as it may be amended (the "Declaration"), unless the context indicates otherwise.
