1. Call Meeting To Order/Introduction to Officers/Guests. Called to order 6.34pm by Marisa.

In attendance: Eydie Leighty, Marisa Tesch, David Benson, Paula Benson, Barbara Mamon, & Barb Moore

 

2. Reading/Approval of Minutes from June 18, 2020. Minutes approved

 

3. Treasurer Report: Paula discussed 2020 YTD finances. Assessments have been mailed and $2,923.00 has been pre-paid for 2021.

 

4. HOA managers report

      a. Ken is still working on signage quotes

     b. Mailboxes are complete and all tenants have received keys

     c. Investment accounts still pending

     d. Billing went out, 2,923 pre-paid

     

5. Old business

a. Mailboxes: Complete

b. Signage: postponed

c. Edward Jones- we are working with Edward Jones to set up either a Mutual Fund or CD to hold our reserves money: Marisa to call

d. Other- no other old business

 

6. New business
